English words on the sign-in screen

“Login” or “log in” means to enter an existing account. “Sign in” has the same meaning. A “username” is the name or email address used to identify your account.

  • 用户名 in English: username
  • Password: the private word or code used with your username
  • Invalid: the information entered was not accepted

If the screen rejects an entry, check for extra spaces, automatic capitalization, and characters that look alike. A saved password may also belong to a different account. Type the details again instead of relying on autofill.

What the Chinese tracking message means

“无效 您输入的追踪号码无效 请更正后重试” means: “Invalid. The tracking number you entered is invalid. Please correct it and try again.”

This is a shipment-tracking message, not a MyELT account message. Confirm that you are on the intended service and that you copied the complete tracking number. Remove spaces or punctuation that were not part of the original number. If it still fails, ask the sender or carrier to confirm the number.

Gift cards and reward offers

Gift cards are not the same as MyELT content or account access. Do not enter a gift card number where an educational access code is requested. A promotion that claims you can earn free gift cards online may be unrelated to MyELT, even if it appears beside search results for the service.

Before joining a reward offer, identify the company running it and read its official terms. Avoid offers that ask for an account password, remote access to your phone, or payment to release a reward. Never send the numbers or PIN from the back of a gift card to someone who contacts you unexpectedly.

If “Earn” appears as the name of a reward service or on a transaction, contact that service through the support option on its official site or app. Have the account email, offer name, date, and screenshots ready. For a MyELT-specific problem, use the support method already listed on this page rather than a third-party gift card or “Earn” customer service page.
