Is Your Learning Place a gift card platform?
The account described on this page is for online learning. Do not enter a gift card number, redemption code, payment card, or store account password in the learning platform’s sign-in or registration fields.
If you reached this page while trying to check a gift card, first read the name printed on the card or shown in the message you received. A similar name does not mean that the gift card belongs to Your Learning Place. Use the card issuer’s official service instead.
How to find the correct gift card service
Have the physical card, email, or text message in front of you. Look for the issuer’s exact name and any instructions printed on the card. If it is a digital card, check the original sender and subject line rather than relying on a forwarded message or screenshot.
- Open the issuer’s official site by typing its familiar main name into your browser or using {site} if you are looking for Your Learning Place.
- Find the page labeled “Gift Cards,” “Check Balance,” or “Redeem.”
- Confirm that the issuer name matches the name on the card.
- Enter only the card number and security code requested by that issuer.
If you cannot identify the issuer, ask the person or organization that supplied the card. Do not test the code on unrelated sign-in pages.
If a gift card message mentions this platform
Treat an unexpected gift card message with care. Do not reply with the code, and do not share a screenshot showing it. A genuine support representative should not need your account password or ask you to reveal a complete gift card code in an ordinary message.
If the message claims that a gift card is required to activate, unlock, or recover a learning account, stop before entering anything. Return to the platform through the official site and review notices inside your account. If the claim is not shown there, contact support through the help option on the official site and provide the message date, sender name, and a description of the request. Keep the actual code hidden.
