Guidelines for Membership Management of Your Qdoba Rewards

Receive reward points for your account by presenting your reward card to the participating Qdoba Mexican Grill. Ask for assistance from the team member when you have completed your transaction to earn points. Save the image of your digital reward card on your smart devices and present it when checking out. After signing up, allow at least 24 up to 48 processing hours to pass before checking your email for your enrollment reward.

You will earn credits when you dine in any participating restaurants. The credit will show up in your account within the span of 24 hours. Your points balance will always be printed at the bottom of your most recent receipt. You may use your rewards at any given time or save it up for more benefits like free entrées. You can also pair your Qdoba Rewards with a special offer or coupon. You can always check your points as well as the offered reward options when you log in.

Keep in mind that the rewards programs do not include all the Qdoba locations. There are occasions that your rewards are only valid on a particular location. The participating restaurant may vary the offers, benefits and rules. The Qdoba Mexican Grill reserves the rights to change or discontinue the Qdoba Rewards promo at any time and without advance notice. Check a Qdoba gift card balance online

Have the gift card ready. You will usually need the card number and, if the card has one, the security code or PIN. On a physical card, these details may be printed on the back, with the PIN hidden under a scratch-off strip. For an electronic gift card, check the original delivery email.

1. Open the company’s official website and find the gift card section.
2. Select the option to check a gift card balance.
3. Enter the card number exactly as shown, without adding spaces unless the form inserts them.
4. Enter the PIN or security code if requested.
5. Submit the form and review the available balance shown on the screen.

A gift card is separate from a Qdoba Rewards membership. Use the gift card details for this check, not your Rewards sign-in information.

If the balance will not appear

First, check for a typing mistake. Similar-looking characters, spaces copied from an email, or an incomplete PIN can cause an error. If the PIN is covered, scratch the coating gently so the numbers remain readable.

If the card was purchased recently, keep the activation receipt or purchase email. A card that was not activated correctly may not return a balance. Do not share the full card number or PIN in a public message, review, or social media post.

You can also take the card to a participating Qdoba restaurant and ask a team member to check it. Bring the purchase receipt if you have it. For an electronic card, keep the original email available on your phone.

If the site says the card is invalid or the displayed balance does not match your records, contact Qdoba customer support through the company’s official website. Provide the card type, where it was obtained, the purchase date, and any receipt or order details. Send the full card number only through the company’s secure support process.
