How to reset your Premier Bankcard password
Go to firstpremierbankcard.com and open the account sign-in area. Select the option for a forgotten username or password. Choose the password recovery option and enter the requested account details.
Use information that matches the account exactly. Have these items ready:
- Your account number or username
- The email address or mobile number connected to the account
- Any identity details requested on the recovery screen
Follow the verification steps. You may receive a temporary code by email or text. Enter the code before it expires, then create a new password. Type the new password again to confirm it.
Return to the sign-in screen and log in with the new password. If your phone or browser saved the old password, remove or replace that saved entry so it does not keep filling in the wrong one.
If the reset code does not arrive
Wait a few minutes before requesting another code. Repeated requests can make earlier codes invalid, so use only the most recent message.
Check the email spam or junk folder. For text messages, confirm that the displayed phone-number ending matches your current number and that your phone can receive ordinary SMS messages. A reset message may not arrive when mobile service is limited, even if the website loads over Wi-Fi.
If the email address or phone number shown is outdated, stop the online reset. Use the customer-support information printed on the back of your card or shown on a recent statement. Ask for help updating your contact information and restoring online access. Do not send your full card number, password, or verification code by ordinary email.
If the new password still does not work
Enter the username and new password by hand. Check for an extra space, automatic capitalization, or a keyboard set to the wrong language. Make sure you are using the account username rather than an email address unless the sign-in screen specifically asks for email.
If several attempts fail, pause instead of continuing to guess. The account may be temporarily locked. Close the browser, reopen the official sign-in page, and try once more after the lock period has passed. If access is still blocked, contact the card issuer using the contact details on the card or statement and ask whether the online profile needs to be unlocked.
