Track Orders and Check Delivery Status

What You Need to Track an Order
Before you start, gather the details connected with the order. The exact information requested depends on how the order was placed and whether you have an account.
Order number: Look for it in the order confirmation message, receipt, or order history. An order number identifies the order but may not identify an individual shipment.
Tracking number: This may appear after the order ships. An order with multiple packages may have more than one tracking number.
Email address: Use the address entered when the order was submitted. A different address may cause the tracking form to reject the request.
Account login: Have your usual sign-in details ready if the order is linked to an account.
Other identifying details: A guest form may request information such as a billing ZIP code. Enter only information requested by the official form.
Order numbers and tracking numbers are not always interchangeable. Copy the number carefully, including any letters, and avoid adding spaces that do not appear in the original.
Track Your Order Online
For tracking online orders, begin on the official site rather than a link from an unexpected message. Open {site} and look for Order Status, Track Order, My Orders, or a similar option.
Open the official order-status page.
Choose account tracking or guest tracking if the page offers both.
Enter the order number, tracking number, email address, or other details requested by the form.
Review the information for typing errors, then submit the request.
Open the matching order to see its latest status, shipment activity, and any separate packages.
If you searched for “track my orders” or “tracking my orders,” confirm that the page belongs to the official service before entering personal information. Do not provide a password on a guest order-status form unless the official page clearly redirects you to account sign-in.
The order page may show both an overall order status and a shipment status. Check each package separately when more than one shipment is listed.
Track Orders From Your Account
An account usually provides the clearest view of current and past orders associated with that login. To track orders online from an account:
Open {site} and select the account or Sign In option.
Sign in using the account connected with the order.
Open Order History, My Orders, Purchases, or the similarly named section.
Select the relevant order. Compare the order number and submission date if several entries look similar.
Look for Order Details, Shipment Details, Track Package, or another status control.
Review every listed shipment because items from one order may be handled separately.
If the order does not appear, check whether you used another email address or completed the order as a guest. Signing in to an account created later may not automatically add an earlier guest order.
Track an Order Without Signing In
Guest tracking may be available through an Order Status or Track Order form. Because availability and required fields vary, use only the options displayed on the official page.
A guest form commonly asks for an order number and the email address associated with the order. It may also request another identifying detail, such as a ZIP code. Enter the information exactly as it appears in the confirmation. Do not substitute a shipment tracking number when the field specifically asks for an order number.
If no guest option appears, do not guess at hidden pages or submit personal details elsewhere. Use the official account area if the order belongs to an account. Otherwise, contact official support and have the confirmation information ready. Support may need to verify that you are connected with the order before discussing it.
Understand Order and Shipping Statuses
Status wording varies, but these common labels can help you understand what the page is showing:
Received or Confirmed: The order information was recorded.
Processing: The order is being prepared or reviewed and may not yet have shipment activity.
Shipped: Shipment information has been created or the package has entered the delivery process.
In Transit: The package is moving through the delivery network.
Out for Delivery: The package is in the local delivery stage. This label does not guarantee a particular arrival time.
Delivered: The shipment record says delivery was completed. Check the delivery details and nearby secure locations if you cannot find it.
Delayed or Exception: An issue has interrupted or changed normal shipment progress. Open the detailed activity for more information.
Partially Shipped: Some items have shipment details while others remain in another stage.
Canceled: The order or a listed part of it will not continue through normal processing.
These labels describe stages, not promises. The detailed order page is the best place to check the latest recorded update.
If Tracking Is Not Updating
New tracking information may not display immediately. First, make sure you entered the correct type of number and copied every character. Check the confirmation again if the page reports that the number is missing or invalid.
If tracking orders online produces no result, try these checks:
Confirm that you are using the official order-status page.
Match the email address and other identifying details to the original order.
Remove accidental spaces before or after a copied number.
Check whether the order contains separate shipments with different tracking numbers.
Refresh the order details later if shipment information was only recently added.
Read the full activity list, not only the summary label, for an exception or attempted-delivery note.
Contact official support when the order cannot be found after you verify the details, the page repeatedly rejects valid information, the status remains unchanged longer than expected, or a delivered shipment cannot be located. Provide the order number and describe the exact status or error shown. Never post tracking or account details publicly.
