Login or register: which option should you choose?

Choose Log In if you already have a SkyCaddie account. Choose Register or Create Account only if you have never made one. Registering again can create a second account that does not show your existing device information.

Register and activate a new SkyCaddie product

Gift cards, phone numbers, and tracking numbers

A gift card number, phone number, or shipping tracking number is not normally a substitute for an account username or a product serial number. Do not enter any of these numbers into a password field.

  • Gift card: Use only the redemption or activation instructions supplied with the card. If the card names another company, contact that issuer instead of trying to register it as a SkyCaddie device.
  • Phone number: Enter one only when a clearly labeled account form requests it. A phone number may help identify an account, but it does not prove that a product has been registered.
  • Tracking number: Use it with the carrier named in the shipping notice. It tracks a package; it does not activate the product inside.
