Each Walmart identification number is unique and given to only one employee. If you do not remember your ID number, there are two different ways in which you can find it. If no request appears, make sure you are checking the phone and auth account originally connected to the Walmart account. Also check whether notifications are blocked. You may still be able to open the auth app directly and view the pending request or code, depending on the method assigned to you.

After changing, losing, or resetting a phone, the old authentication setup may no longer work. Do not create repeated new auth accounts or keep guessing codes. Use the recovery choice shown on the sign-in screen. If no usable choice appears, contact your supervisor or Walmart’s official support channel and ask for authentication to be reset. Be ready to confirm your identity and explain that you no longer have access to the enrolled device.
