Official JustCall Login Page

Open {site} and select Login or Sign In. This is the safest way to reach the official account page without trusting a search advertisement, saved third-party link, or message from an unknown sender.

Check that the page shows JustCall branding and offers recognized choices such as a business email and password, Continue with Google, Continue with Microsoft, or Login with SSO. A page that asks for payment information, remote access to your device, or unrelated personal details is not a normal just call login screen.

If you saved an old bookmark, replace it after reaching the login page through {site}. Do not enter credentials on a page opened from an unexpected email or text message.

How to Sign In

Have your registered business email, the login method selected by your organization, and access to your verification email and registered phone ready.

  1. Open the official login page.
  2. Enter your registered business email.
  3. If your organization uses password login, enter your password and select Login or Next.
  4. If your organization uses Google or Microsoft authentication, select the matching button and choose the work account whose email matches your JustCall email.
  5. If your organization uses single sign-on, select Login with SSO and follow your employer’s identity-provider prompts.
  6. Enter the verification code when requested.

JustCall documents two-factor authentication as required. Verification codes are sent using the email address and phone number registered for the account. Never approve a prompt or share a code for a login you did not start.

Your account owner can set the team’s default login method. If Google, Microsoft, or another SSO method is required, an old JustCall password may no longer work. For a successful just call sign in, use the method your account owner selected.

Forgotten Password and Account Recovery

On the official login page, select Forgot your password? Enter the email registered to your JustCall account and follow the instructions sent to that inbox. Check spam or junk folders if the message is not visible.

Complete the reset from the message, then return to the official login page and use the new password. Make sure the new password has at least eight characters and includes uppercase and lowercase letters plus a special character.

A password reset will not solve a login-method mismatch. If your organization requires Google, Microsoft, or SSO, use that provider instead. If you cannot access the linked work account, contact your organization’s account owner or identity administrator.

Multiple failed attempts can lock a team member’s account. JustCall advises checking the registered inbox for a reactivation message. Reactivate the account before resetting a forgotten password. If the registered email has changed or is no longer accessible, contact JustCall Support; do not create an unofficial workaround or send sensitive documents anywhere else.

Troubleshoot JustCall Login Problems

  • Rejected credentials: Confirm the email spelling, keyboard capitalization, and required login method. Avoid repeated guesses if the account may already be locked.
  • Missing verification code: Check the registered email inbox, spam folder, and phone. Confirm that both are accessible, then use Resend Code once.
  • Token error: Close the current tab, open a new browser tab, and start again. If the error remains, clear JustCall cookies and cached files before retrying.
  • Bad request error: Try a private or incognito browser window. Browser extensions or damaged stored data may interfere with the login page.
  • Repeated logout: Clear cookies and cache, temporarily disable an active VPN, and retry in a private window. Sessions can also expire and require authentication again.
  • Login loop in the app: Close and reopen the app. If the loop continues, reinstall the official app and sign in again.
  • Multiple devices: Log out on the current device before using another. Simultaneous activity on multiple devices can cause errors.
  • Inactive access: A deleted team member loses access immediately. Ask the account owner or administrator to confirm that your user remains active.

Use a current version of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge when testing the web login. Record the exact error message and take a screenshot that does not expose your password or verification code.

Contact JustCall Support

Use the verified contact block displayed above this article for current support channels and availability. JustCall also directs users to the chat icon in the lower-right corner of its official pages. Do not rely on contact details copied from advertisements, forums, or unsolicited messages.

Before contacting support, have the following information ready:

  • Your registered business email and organization name.
  • The login method you normally use: password, Google, Microsoft, or SSO.
  • The exact error text and the time it occurred.
  • Your browser, device type, and whether a private window worked.
  • A safe screenshot with passwords and verification codes hidden.
  • Whether you received a reset, verification, or reactivation message.

Never send your password, full verification code, or an active reset link. Support may need to verify account ownership, especially when an account owner needs an email change.

Keep Your Account Secure

  • Reach the login page from the official site instead of an unfamiliar message or search advertisement.
  • Use a unique password and store it in a trusted password manager.
  • Keep access to the registered email and phone secure because they receive verification information.
  • Do not share authentication codes, reset links, or SSO approval prompts.
  • Sign out on shared devices and remove saved credentials from browsers you do not control.
  • If you receive an unexpected login code, change the relevant password and alert your account owner or JustCall Support.

If a page or message feels suspicious, stop. Open the official site independently, review recent account activity if available, and use only the verified support options shown with this page.
