My Card Link Portal

Access your Card Link Services account through their online portal with your user ID and password at www.mycardlink.com. Enter your card number and its expiration date to activate it. After you have successfully registered, you can enter any desired unique user ID and password to access your secure account and check account balance, recent transactions and more.

To report a lost or stolen card, you may email them by clicking the ‘Lost or Stolen Card’ link at the bottom of the page and complete the required fields which includes the owner’s name, address, telephone number, state, ZIP code and a valid email address. You’ll be asked to select whether it was lost or stolen and indicate the date on which it happened. Provide a detailed description on how it was lost or stolen and make sure to have the last four digits of your card.
