Steps to Complete your Entry

- If you prefer Spanish, you can select the blue link that is found at the bottom left of the homepage
- Enter the 12 digit code for the survey in the four boxes located within the survey box on the homepage of the survey.
- You can find the survey validation code on a valid Murphy’s receipt
- Enter the military time stamped on your receipt to the right of the date in the 2 boxes that are located below your 12 digit code.
- Click Start at this point
- Answer the questions throughout the survey. Make sure that you are answering honestly and completely. These questions will be concerning your latest visit where you made your last Murphys purchase.
- Most questions are multiple choice, however there will be areas where you will be able to elaborate or speak in your own words about anything you wish to tell Murphys about.
