Beginning Process with Your SpeedwaySpeedyRewards

It is a quick and easy process to begin your own rewards account. You will be required to submit your card number if you already own one. Look below the bar-code at the back of your rewards card for the number. You can also proceed to a Card-less enrollment process if you do not have a rewards card yet. After receiving your own digital rewards card, use it to earn points directly from any smart devices. You have to download the application on your device so you can manage your points anywhere and anytime. The following details are required for your registration process:

• Your complete name
• Current billing address
• Date of birth (optional)
• Current Telephone number (optional)
• Valid email address
• Personal Identification Number (PIN of four to eight digits)
• Alternate ID creation

Create your own account and key in using seven to ten digits number to start earning points. You can accomplish this process by visiting Speedway and registering your own account. You will be earning points even if you do not have your card with you. Provide your mobile number for verification purpose or any other number that you can easily remember. Give this number at the cash or pump register and redeem your points at the participating stores.

Where to use a tracking number

A tracking number is used to follow a shipment. It is separate from a Speedy Rewards account number, card number, PIN, or rewards balance. Do not enter a rewards card number into a package-tracking form.

First, open the shipping confirmation message for the order. Look for the carrier name near the tracking number. Then enter the number on that carrier’s official tracking page. If the message came from Speedway and provides an order-status option, use the company’s official website and open the order or shipment details shown there.

Copy the tracking number exactly. Avoid adding words such as “track,” “order,” or “shipment.” If typing it by hand, check letters that can look like numbers, especially O and zero or I and one.

If “Track Speed” appears in a message

“Track Speed” may be a button label, shortened wording, or the name shown by a delivery service. It does not by itself identify the carrier. Check the sender, order details, and shipping confirmation before entering personal information.

• Match the order description with something you actually requested.
• Find the carrier name and tracking number in the original confirmation, not only in a later text message.
• Open the carrier’s official site yourself if the message looks unusual.
• Do not provide a rewards PIN, password, or payment details merely to view shipment progress.

When tracking shows no result

A new tracking number may not show movement until the carrier scans the package. Check that the number was copied without spaces or punctuation that are not part of it, then try again later.

If the number remains unrecognized, compare it with the shipping confirmation and confirm which carrier was named. An order number and a tracking number are often different, so make sure you are using the shipment identifier.

If the status says delivered but the package is missing, check the delivery location, household members, mail area, side doors, and any delivery photo or note. If it is still missing, contact the seller or the carrier using the contact option in the original order record. Have the order number, tracking number, delivery date, and delivery address ready.
