Track a SHEIN Order Online

Open {site} in your browser and sign in to the SHEIN account used for the order. Open the account area, then look for My Orders or an order-history option. Labels may vary slightly by device or page layout.

  1. Find the order you want to check. Match it by the order date, order number, or items shown.
  2. Select the order to open its details.
  3. Look for Track, Tracking, Shipment Details, or a similar option.
  4. Open the available shipment record to see the latest status, tracking number, carrier name, and tracking events.

If an order contains more than one shipment, review each package separately. Different packages from the same order can show different statuses. When using SHEIN track order information, make sure the tracking details belong to the package you are expecting.

Track an Order Without the App

You can use the official SHEIN website in a phone or computer browser. The app is not required for the browser-based route.

Open {site}, sign in, and go to your order history. Select the relevant order and open its tracking or shipment details. You may need the email address, phone-based sign-in method, or other account credential connected with the order.

If you cannot find the order, confirm that you are using the same account or sign-in method used when the order was placed. An order associated with another email address or sign-in method may not appear in the account you opened.

Keep the order number and shipment notice nearby. They can help you identify the correct order and may be requested if you contact support. Avoid entering account or order information into an unofficial tracking page.

Understand the Tracking Status

Tracking SHEIN shipments involves two kinds of information: the main order status shown by SHEIN and the package events supplied by the carrier. They may not use exactly the same words or update at the same moment.

  • Processing: The order is being prepared, but carrier tracking may not be active yet.
  • Shipped: Shipment information has been created or the package has started moving through the delivery network.
  • In transit: The package is moving between facilities or delivery areas.
  • Arrived at facility: The package was scanned at a sorting or distribution location.
  • Out for delivery: The carrier has marked the package for a delivery attempt.
  • Delivered: The carrier record says the package was delivered. Check the delivery location and any available event details.
  • Exception, delayed, or unsuccessful attempt: An event interrupted normal movement or delivery. Open the event details for any instruction provided.

A status is a record of the most recent available event, not a guarantee of when the next event will happen. Do not rely on a displayed estimate as a promise.

Find the Tracking Number

The tracking number may appear in the order details after shipment begins. Open the order, select its tracking or shipment section, and look near the carrier name or package information.

It may also appear in a shipment notice sent to the email address or other contact method associated with the order. Check the full message, including any section labeled shipment details or track package.

If the order has several packages, each shipment may have a separate tracking number. Match the number to the items or package listed in the order details before using it. An order number and a tracking number serve different purposes, so copy the value specifically labeled for tracking.

When Tracking Does Not Update

A new tracking number may exist before the carrier posts its first scan. It can also remain unchanged between facilities. If track order SHEIN details do not update, work through these checks:

  1. Confirm that the order and package shown are the ones you intended to track.
  2. Check whether the order is still processing or has actually been marked as shipped.
  3. Open the carrier link provided inside the official order details, if one is available.
  4. Compare the tracking number in the account with the one in the shipment notice.
  5. Refresh the order details later to check for a newer scan.
  6. If there are multiple shipments, inspect every package record rather than only the first one.

If a carrier page says the number is not found, check for copied spaces or missing characters. Then return to the SHEIN order details and open the provided tracking option directly. A failed number can mean shipment data has not become active, but support should review it if the problem continues or the displayed information conflicts.

Contact SHEIN About an Order

Use the customer support or help option available through the official SHEIN site or your signed-in account. Choose the order-related topic, then select the specific order when the support flow asks for it.

Contact support when the order is missing from your history, the tracking number repeatedly fails, the status appears incorrect, or a package marked delivered cannot be located after you check the stated delivery area.

Have the order number, tracking number, account email or sign-in identifier, and the latest displayed status ready. Describe what is wrong and when you last saw a valid update. If the page allows attachments, a screenshot of the conflicting status can help show the issue. Do not include passwords, payment credentials, or unrelated personal information.

For the clearest review, ask support about one order or shipment at a time. If the order was divided into packages, state which tracking number has the problem.
