Screen Login and Sign-In Help
Open the company’s official website and select the Screen sign-in option to reach the verified Screen login screen. Enter the credentials tied to your Screen account, then submit the form using the button shown.
Official Screen Login Page
The safest way to open the official Screen login page is to begin at the company’s official website. Look for a control labeled Sign In, Log In, Account, or a similar account-access label.
Check the company name and branding before entering a password. A verified Screen sign-in page should open from Screen’s own site rather than from an address copied from a forum, advertisement, email, or unofficial directory.
- Use the sign-in control provided on Screen’s official site.
- Check the browser address bar after the page opens and watch for misspellings or unexpected company names.
- Do not enter credentials if the browser displays a security warning.
- Use a saved bookmark only if you originally created it from the verified site.
Search phrases such as “login screen,” “login in Screen,” “log in Screen,” and “sign in Screen” can produce unrelated pages because Screen is also a common word. Start from the verified company site instead of choosing an unfamiliar search result.
How to Log In to Screen
Have the email address, username, or other account identifier that was used when the Screen account was created or provided. The labels visible on the official form determine which credential Screen expects.
- Open the verified Screen login screen.
- Enter the requested email address, username, or account identifier exactly as registered.
- Enter the Screen account password. Passwords are case-sensitive, so check capitalization and accidental spaces.
- Select the displayed Sign In or Log In button once.
- Complete any additional prompt shown for the account. Follow only instructions presented by Screen or by the sign-in provider previously connected to the account.
If the page offers more than one sign-in method, use the same method previously used for the account. Choosing a different method can open another profile or fail to locate the existing account.
Screen App Login
If Screen provides an official app for the reader’s device, obtain it only through the app-store listing reached from Screen’s verified site or through the device’s official app store. Confirm the app name and listed developer before entering account information.
In an installed official app, open the account, profile, or menu area and look for Sign In or Log In. The app login screen may display fields or buttons in a different arrangement from the browser, but the visible labels should guide the process.
No difference between Screen’s browser and app authentication should be assumed unless Screen states it on the page or in the app. Use the account identifier and sign-in method associated with the existing Screen account. If the app sends the user to a browser for authentication, finish there and return to the app when prompted.
Forgotten Password or Username
Use the password-recovery option displayed on the official Screen sign-in screen. A recovery option may be labeled Forgot Password, Reset Password, Trouble Signing In, or similar wording; follow the exact prompts that Screen presents.
- Open the official Screen sign-in page or app login screen.
- Select the displayed account-recovery option.
- Provide only the account information requested on the official form.
- Follow the recovery instructions delivered or displayed by Screen.
- Create a new password only on the verified recovery page, then return to the Screen login screen.
If the Screen account uses an outside identity provider, recovery may need to be completed with that provider. Do not request a Screen password reset for an account that normally signs in through a separate provider unless the official Screen instructions direct that action.
If no username-recovery option appears, check the original Screen account message or invitation for the identifier that was used. Do not repeatedly guess usernames. Contact official Screen support if the account identifier still cannot be confirmed.
Fix Common Login Problems
For rejected credentials, first confirm that the identifier belongs to the intended Screen account and that the correct sign-in method was selected. Retype the password manually, check Caps Lock, remove spaces added by copying, and avoid repeated attempts if the account may be locked.
For a page that will not load, refresh once and confirm that other pages can open. Then try a private browsing window, disable browser extensions temporarily, or clear Screen-related cookies and cached data. A different current browser or network can help identify whether the problem is local.
If a verification prompt fails or a code does not arrive, confirm that the displayed destination belongs to the account and use any resend or alternate method that Screen itself offers. Also check filtered message folders. Do not share a verification code with anyone.
For an app problem, close and reopen the official app, check for an update in the device’s app store, and restart the device. If the app login screen remains blank or loops back to sign-in, try official browser access to determine whether the issue affects the account or only the app.
If Screen reports a locked, disabled, or unavailable account, stop repeated login attempts. Use the recovery choice shown with the message or ask official support to review the account.
Contact Screen Support
Contact Screen support when official self-service recovery does not restore access, the account remains locked, the login page repeatedly redirects, or the expected account cannot be found. Use the Help, Support, or Contact option on Screen’s verified site or inside the official app.
Include the account identifier, the device and browser or app being used, the exact error message, and the troubleshooting already attempted. A screenshot can help if it does not reveal a password, verification code, or other sensitive information.
Never send a password or active verification code to support. If someone asks for either one, stop and return to Screen’s official support channel.
