Finding the right PeopleNet account
If you searched for “people com my account,” first check the name shown by your employer, staffing agency, or payroll team. Several services have similar names, and a general search result may lead to an unrelated company.
Start from {site} or from the account instructions your employer gave you. Before entering personal information, confirm that the page shows the PeopleNet service your workplace uses. Do not use a page that asks for unfamiliar information or appears under a different company name.
If your details are not recognized, check for these common problems:
- You are using a personal email address instead of the address held by your employer.
- Your name does not match the employer’s records because of a spelling difference or recent change.
- You have more than one workplace account and are using details for the wrong one.
- Your employer has not activated your record yet.
Do not keep guessing sensitive details. Ask your employer’s payroll or account administrator to confirm which PeopleNet service you should use and which email address or member information is attached to your record.
What to do when the PeopleNet website appears down
First, decide whether the problem affects only your account or the whole site. An incorrect-credentials message usually points to an account issue. A blank page, connection error, repeated loading screen, or error page may indicate a browser, network, or service problem.
- Reload the page once and wait a few minutes before trying again.
- Switch between Wi-Fi and cellular data. If one connection works, the site itself may still be available.
- Open the page in a private browsing window or another browser.
- Clear saved site data if the page keeps looping or displays an outdated screen.
- Turn off a VPN, ad blocker, or strict privacy extension temporarily, then retry.
- Try another device if one is available.
Ask a coworker whether the same page loads for them. If several users see the same error on different devices and networks, save a screenshot and note the time. Send those details to your employer’s administrator so they can confirm an outage or report it through their support channel.
Avoid repeated submissions while the page is unstable. If you were recording time or making a work-related change, keep your own note of what you attempted and when, then follow your employer’s procedure for missed entries after access returns.
