Official PaymentWorks Login

Open {site} and choose the login option. The official page should identify PaymentWorks and ask for the credentials connected to your account.

A search for “paymentworks login” or “payment works login” may show advertisements, directories, and unofficial help pages. Do not enter your password on a page reached through an unfamiliar message or search result. Starting from {site} is safer than following a saved link whose destination may have changed.

Before entering anything, check that the company name is spelled correctly and that your browser shows a secure connection. Leave the page if it asks for unexpected information before displaying the normal sign-in form. PaymentWorks Support will not need your password or a multifactor authentication code.

How to Sign In

Your PaymentWorks username is the email address used to create the account. Have that email address, your password, and access to the telephone associated with multifactor authentication ready.

  1. Open the official login page.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  3. Enter your password carefully and select Sign In.
  4. If prompted, complete multifactor authentication using the available text-message or voice-call option.

Check for extra spaces and make sure Caps Lock is off if the credentials are rejected. A password manager may have stored an old password or filled the wrong email address, so clear the fields and type the details manually when necessary.

If your organization sent special access instructions, return to that message or ask its designated contact which route you should use. Do not create another account merely because an organization-specific invitation opens a different starting screen.

First-Time Account Setup

First-time users generally begin with an invitation sent by the organization requesting access. The invitation connects the new account with that organization, so use the invitation rather than trying to register from an unrelated page.

  1. Open the invitation in the inbox to which it was sent.
  2. Follow its account-creation link.
  3. Enter the requested account details and create a password.
  4. Complete the activation instructions sent by PaymentWorks.
  5. Return to the login page and sign in with the email address used during setup.

If you already have a PaymentWorks account, the invitation may provide an option to log in with the existing account. Read that screen carefully before creating a duplicate account.

If the invitation is missing, check spam, junk, trash, and any company email quarantine. Confirm with the inviting organization which address it used. Ask that organization to resend the invitation if it cannot be found. If the account was created but never activated, contact PaymentWorks Support and ask for help with the activation email. For an expired or unusable invitation, start with the organization that issued it.

Forgotten Password or Username

Select Forgot Password on the official login page. Enter the email address associated with the account, choose Send Instructions, and follow the message sent to that inbox. Check spam, junk, and trash if the reset message is not visible.

The username is the account email address, so there is no separate username to remember. Think about whether setup used a personal address, a work address, or another company-managed inbox. Do not repeatedly submit unrelated addresses.

If no reset message arrives, the address may not match the account or the account may never have been activated. Contact PaymentWorks Support when you cannot identify the correct email address, cannot access its inbox, or need help restoring access. Be prepared to verify account details. Never send a password or authentication code in a support request.

Login Problems and Error Messages

For an invalid username or password message, manually enter the account email address and current password. If that fails, use Forgot Password instead of making repeated guesses. An account affected by repeated failed attempts may require you to stop trying and follow the official recovery route.

  • Browser trouble: Try an up-to-date desktop or laptop browser. PaymentWorks recommends current versions of Chrome or Firefox. A private browsing window can help when stored cookies, extensions, or old session data interfere.

  • Multifactor code missing: Confirm that the displayed telephone number is correct, that the device can receive messages or calls, and that blocking, airplane mode, or Do Not Disturb is not interfering. Use another offered verification method when appropriate.

  • Old telephone number: If you no longer have access to the number registered for multifactor authentication, submit a PaymentWorks support ticket. Account verification may be required before the number can be changed.

  • Invitation or activation issue: Ask the inviting organization to confirm the invitation address. Contact PaymentWorks Support if an activation message needs to be resent.

  • Organization-specific access: Follow the instructions from the organization that invited you. Its staff can clarify which email address or invitation applies, while PaymentWorks handles technical account-access faults.

Take a screenshot of the exact error without exposing your password or authentication code. Note which browser and device you used so support can understand the problem.

Contact PaymentWorks Support

Use the official PaymentWorks Help Center support-ticket form for unresolved login, activation, password-reset, or multifactor authentication problems. Include the account email address, the exact error text, the step where the problem occurs, and relevant screenshots with sensitive details hidden.

Contact the organization that invited you when the issue concerns a missing or expired invitation, the email address it used, or its own access instructions. PaymentWorks Support is the appropriate contact for technical problems with the account itself.

Use the verified contact block on this page for the current support channel and availability. Do not rely on contact details posted in search results, discussion boards, or unsolicited messages.
