Find the Official OnePay App

Search results may show several unrelated services with similar names. The official U.S. app is called OnePay – Mobile Banking. In both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, confirm that the listed seller or developer is One Finance, Inc. before installing it.

For the safest route, open {site}, find the Help Center article about downloading the app, and use its store buttons. This avoids advertisements and unofficial download pages. Do not install an app from a message, pop-up, or file-sharing site.

  • On an iPhone or iPad, check the app name and the seller shown in the App Store listing.
  • On an Android device, check the app name and developer shown in Google Play.
  • If the publisher name does not match, stop and return to OnePay’s official download instructions.

The OnePay app is available for devices that can use the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Existing users can also reach their accounts from OnePay’s official site on an internet-connected browser.

Sign In to Your OnePay Account

OnePay does not use a traditional username-and-password combination. Your mobile phone number acts as the main sign-in identifier. You may instead use the email address already attached to your account.

  1. Open the official onepay app and select Sign In.
  2. Enter the mobile number connected to your account, or select Sign In With Your Email and enter the connected email address.
  3. Enter the one-time six-digit code sent by text message or email.
  4. Enter your four-digit account passcode.

If you previously enabled face recognition or fingerprint authentication, the app may let you use it after your first successful login on that device. Never give anyone your verification code or account passcode, including someone claiming to represent support.

Existing users should always choose Sign In rather than beginning another application. If you prefer a browser, open {site} and select Sign In.

Create or Activate an Account

To apply for a OnePay deposit account, start in the official app and follow the option for joining OnePay. Enter a U.S.-based mobile number that can receive text messages, then enter the one-time code sent to that number. A landline or non-U.S. number cannot be used for account creation.

OnePay says applicants must be at least 18, have a U.S. physical residential address, have a U.S.-based mobile number, and have a Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number.

Be ready to provide your full legal name, date of birth, physical address, mobile number, email address, and identifying number. OnePay may also request a current government-issued photo ID or a utility bill. Enter details exactly as they appear on your records; mismatched or unverifiable information can prevent the application from being approved.

There is no separate activation process for an existing account described in OnePay’s standard sign-in instructions. If an account was already created for you through an approved program, use the phone number or email attached to that account and follow the sign-in prompts.

Recover Your Login Details

Your login identifier is normally your registered phone number, not the profile username that other OnePay customers may see. If you cannot use the phone number on file, choose Sign In With Your Email and use the email address connected to the account. If you cannot use the email, sign in with the registered phone number instead.

If you have not yet created a four-digit passcode, OnePay may ask for the last four digits of your Social Security number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number before letting you set one.

To reset a forgotten passcode, begin signing in through the one pay app. At the passcode screen, select Reset Passcode and complete the identity checks shown in the app. OnePay states that passcode resets must be completed in the app.

If you have lost access to both your registered phone number and email, cannot complete the reset, or see that the account is locked, contact official Customer Service. Do not keep guessing codes or create a duplicate account. Support may need to verify your identity before changing account access details.

Fix Common App Problems

  • Installation fails: Confirm that you are using the device’s official app store, have a stable connection, enough free storage, and current system software. Restart the device and try again.

  • An update will not install: Open the app’s verified store listing and update from there. If the button remains stuck, restart the phone and check the store account and available storage.

  • The verification code does not arrive: Check that the displayed phone number or email is correct. Make sure text messages are working, inspect the email spam folder, and wait briefly before selecting Resend. Use only the newest code because an earlier one may no longer work.

  • The app will not load: Switch between Wi-Fi and cellular data, close and reopen the app, and check whether an update is available. OnePay’s official system-status page can show whether sign-in or another service is having a wider problem.

  • Sign-in keeps failing: Use the phone number or email already attached to the account, enter the latest six-digit code, and check the four-digit passcode carefully. Use Reset Passcode instead of repeatedly guessing.

Avoid deleting the app until you know you can receive a new verification code and remember which phone number or email is registered. Reinstalling may require you to verify the device again.

Contact OnePay Support

For account access help, open the official app, go to Profile, select Help, and start a chat. If the automated chat does not resolve the issue, enter Agent to request a OnePay Specialist. The verified contact block on this page provides the channel’s current availability.

OnePay also maintains an official Help Center and a verified customer-service phone channel. Use the contact information displayed in this page’s verified contact block rather than details found in search-result advertisements, social posts, or unsolicited messages.

Before requesting help, have your full legal name, registered phone number or email, device type, app version, and the exact error message ready. Note when the problem began and which steps you already tried. Never send your account passcode, one-time verification code, or full Social Security number in chat or email. OnePay says its representatives will not ask for those sign-in secrets.
