One Login and App Sign-In Help
Official One Sign-In Page
Open {site} and look for the sign-in option. The verified page currently asks for the mobile number connected to your One account and also offers an email sign-in choice.
Check the page before entering personal information. The company name and branding should be consistent, the connection should be secure, and the page should not ask you to send a verification code to another person. Avoid links in unexpected texts, emails, ads, or search results. If you searched for “access One sign in,” “One login login,” or “One com log in,” return to the official site instead of trusting a similarly named page.
Use a private device and a connection you trust. Do not save sign-in details on a shared phone or computer.
How to Sign In
- Choose the option to sign in.
- Enter the mobile number registered to your account. If you normally use email, select the email sign-in option and enter your registered address.
- Select Next or Continue.
- Retrieve the confirmation code sent to the registered contact method.
- Enter the code exactly as shown. If the screen requests another identity check, follow the instructions displayed there.
A confirmation code is temporary and should be kept private. One support should not need you to read that code to another person during an unsolicited call or message.
If your screen asks for a password or device passcode, use the credential created for that account or device. Do not use a card PIN as an account password unless the official screen specifically identifies it as the required credential.
Signing In Through the One App
Open the official One app installed from your device’s recognized app store. On the welcome screen, choose Sign In rather than an option intended for creating a new account. Enter the registered mobile number or choose email sign-in if that choice appears, then complete the confirmation-code step.
The One app sign in process may also offer device features such as a saved passcode or biometric access after identity verification. These features belong to that device. Browser access may require a fresh code even when the app opens with a fingerprint or face check.
If the app sends you into an enrollment flow, stop and return to the welcome screen. Creating another profile will not restore an existing account. Make sure you are using the same mobile number or email attached to the original account.
Forgotten Password or Username
The current official sign-in flow starts with the registered mobile number and provides an email alternative. A separate username may therefore not be needed. Enter the contact detail already associated with your account and use the confirmation code sent there.
If your version of the app displays a password prompt, use the recovery option shown on that screen. Recovery messages go to the mobile number or email address recorded on the account. Check that the displayed masked contact detail is familiar before requesting a message.
Look in the email spam or junk folder and check filtered text messages. Request only one new code at a time because asking repeatedly can make an earlier code invalid. Never send One your full password, card PIN, or a confirmation code through an ordinary email.
If you no longer control the registered phone number or email address, self-service recovery may not work. Contact official support so it can verify your identity and explain the available account-access process. Do not create a replacement account as a shortcut.
Fix Common Login Problems
Incorrect details: Re-enter the registered mobile number or email carefully. Remove accidental spaces, check the email spelling, and confirm that the correct country code or other formatting appears if requested.
Missing verification message: Check cellular service, airplane mode, blocked senders, spam filters, and the email junk folder. Wait for the latest request to arrive, then use only its newest code.
Code rejected: Type the code rather than copying extra spaces. Request a new one from the official screen if the latest code is no longer accepted.
Locked account: Stop repeated attempts. Follow any instructions displayed by One. If no self-service option appears, use official support rather than trying different personal details.
Outdated app: Open your device’s recognized app store, locate the official One listing, and install any available update. Restart the app afterward.
Browser problem: Close extra tabs, disable content-blocking extensions temporarily, or try a current browser. Clearing One’s saved site data may help, but it can sign you out and remove saved preferences.
Service interruption: If both the app and browser fail, the issue may be temporary. Check notices in the official app or Help Center and try again later without repeatedly requesting codes.
If access fails only on one device, test the other official method. A successful browser sign-in can show that the account works even when the app needs an update or restart.
Contact One Support
If self-service steps do not restore access, open {site} and go to the Help Center or Contact Us area. The official Help Center provides a support-request form, and the official app provides a chat option.
Tell support whether you are using the app or a browser, what happens after you enter your mobile number or email, and the exact error wording. Include the device type and app version when relevant, but do not include your password, full card details, card PIN, or verification code.
Contact support promptly if the registered contact information changed without your permission, you received a code you did not request, or you suspect someone accessed the account. Use only contact choices shown in the official app, official Help Center, or the verified contact block on this page.
