You cannot use this plan to make direct payments to your medical or healthcare service provider.  In case of loss or theft, your discount card has cancellation duration of thirty days. It is your full responsibility to pay for the related medical care services. Your payment will assure you to receive discounts from accredited healthcare providers. How to search a tracking number

Find the tracking number in the shipping confirmation, order details, receipt, or message from the sender. A tracking number is different from an order number. It may contain letters as well as numbers.

  1. Identify the shipping carrier named beside the tracking number.
  2. Open the carrier’s official tracking page.
  3. Enter the number exactly as shown, without labels such as “Tracking #.”
  4. Check that no character was dropped when you copied it, then submit the search.

If the search returns no result, wait until the carrier has scanned the package and try again. For an older shipment, confirm that you are using the tracking number rather than a reference or order number. If the number still fails, ask the sender to verify the carrier and number.

How to search an order number

Use an order number with the business that accepted the order, not on a carrier’s tracking page. Sign in to the business’s site and open the order history or recent purchases area. Select the matching order to see its status and any shipment tracking details.

If you checked out without an account, look for an order-status option on the business’s site. Have the order number and the email address used at checkout ready. When no online search is available, contact the business’s customer support and provide those details. Do not post the full order number publicly.

Check or activate an Arch Card

To check an Arch Card balance, use the balance-check option on the official card site or ask at a participating location. Have the complete card number and any security code printed on the card ready. If the card is unreadable or the balance cannot be found, contact the card issuer using the support details printed on the card or its packaging.

Many Arch Cards are ready to use after purchase and do not require separate activation. If your card came with activation instructions, follow only those instructions. Enter the requested card details carefully and keep the card until activation is confirmed. If activation fails, ask the seller whether the card was properly processed at purchase.

Finding the right gift card provider

The gift card provider or issuer is usually named on the back of the card, in its terms, or in the purchase email. Use that name when you need activation, a balance check, or help with a declined card. The store displaying or selling a card may not be the company that manages it.

Before contacting support, have the card available along with the purchase receipt if possible. Share security details only through the provider’s official support process. Never send a photo showing the full card number or security code.
