Loop Returns Login and Account Access Help
Loop Returns merchants can sign in through the verified login page reached from the company’s official website using their account email and password or an eligible Google sign-in. Shoppers should use the retailer’s return portal instead of the merchant login.
If you searched for “loop returns login,” “loop returns log in,” or “loopreturns login,” confirm which type of access you need before entering any information. The Loop admin is for merchants and authorized staff; a return portal is for customers starting or tracking a return.
Official Loop Returns Login Page
Open the company’s official website and choose the merchant login option. This is safer than selecting an unfamiliar search result or guessing an address, because Loop return portals can use retailer-specific domains.
Before entering credentials, check that the page identifies Loop Returns and that you reached it from Loop’s official site. A merchant login page should ask for an account email and password or offer Continue with Google. A page asking for an order number and shipping ZIP code is a shopper return portal, not the Loop merchant login.
If a saved bookmark no longer works, return to the official site and open the login page again. Do not rely on an address copied from an old message or shared by an unknown sender.
How to Log In
Loop merchants can use an email and password or, for eligible accounts, Continue with Google. Single sign-on, or SSO, means using an existing identity provider such as Google to verify your identity.
- Open the verified Loop merchant login page.
- Enter the email address attached to your Loop user account and the matching password. If your account was set up for Google SSO, select Continue with Google and choose the correct Google account.
- Complete multi-factor authentication if prompted. Multi-factor authentication, or MFA, requires another form of verification after the initial sign-in.
- If the email belongs to more than one shop, select the shop you want to open from the shop-selection screen.
Google SSO supports Gmail and Google Workspace addresses. An address containing a plus modifier cannot use Continue with Google and must use the standard password flow. Existing users should use the same sign-in method originally connected to their account unless an administrator has completed the documented Google SSO setup.
Loop supports MFA through Auth0 Guardian push notifications, time-based codes from a supported authenticator app, and SMS-based verification. The options shown depend on the methods configured for the account.
Reset a Forgotten Password
Loop’s documented password-reset process begins with Forgot Password? on the Loop admin login screen.
- Select Forgot Password? on the login page.
- Enter the email address assigned to your Loop merchant account.
- Submit the request, then check that email account for the reset message.
- Open the newest reset message and follow its instructions to create a new password.
- Return to the verified login page and sign in with the new password.
If the message does not arrive, confirm that the submitted email matches the address on the Loop staff account. Check spam, junk, quarantine, and filtered folders, and search the inbox for Loop. Ask your organization’s email administrator whether automated account messages are being blocked.
If you requested more than one reset, use the newest message. An older link may have expired or been replaced. Request a fresh reset from the login screen rather than repeatedly opening an expired link. Google SSO users should resolve their Google account access through Google instead of trying to create a separate Loop password.
Troubleshoot Login Problems
For an invalid-credentials message, re-enter the account email carefully, check Caps Lock, and remove any accidental spaces. Make sure a password manager has not filled credentials for a different Loop user. If the password still fails, use Forgot Password? instead of making repeated guesses.
Browser problem: Reload the page, close and reopen the browser, or try a private browsing window. Clearing Loop-related cookies and cached data can help if the page keeps refreshing or returns to login.
Expired invitation or reset link: Ask the Loop account owner or administrator to resend a staff invitation, or request a new password-reset message from the login page.
Locked or inaccessible account: Stop repeated attempts and contact Loop Support. If you are a staff user, also ask the account owner to confirm that your user remains active and has access to the correct shop.
Google sign-in error: Select the Google account matching the email invited to Loop. If the Loop account uses a plus-modified email, use the email-and-password method instead.
Missing shop: Confirm that you accepted the invitation for that shop. Multi-shop switching is available only after the invited email has been accepted and authenticated.
MFA error: For push approval, check the phone’s internet connection and Auth0 Guardian notifications. For a time-based code, restart the device to resynchronize its date and time. If the registered device is unavailable, use a backup code or another configured MFA method.
If no backup MFA method is available, Loop Support must help reset the authentication method. Never send a password, backup code, SMS code, or authenticator code in a support request.
Merchant Login vs. Customer Return Portal
The Loop merchant login opens the Loop admin for a retailer’s authorized account owner or staff. It uses a staff email with a password or configured Google SSO and may require MFA.
The customer return portal belongs to the retailer from which the order was placed. Shoppers generally use the retailer’s Returns or Start a Return option. Depending on that retailer’s setup, the portal may offer these methods:
- Enter the order number and shipping ZIP code.
- Select Continue with Shop to use a Shopify Customer Account.
- Select Return a gift for an eligible gift order.
Continue with Shop can show recent orders and active returns connected to the shopper’s Shopify Customer Account. Guest orders, gift orders, or orders associated with different information may not appear; use the manual order-number and ZIP-code lookup or the gift-return option instead. A shopper does not need a Loop merchant account to use a retailer’s return portal.
Contact Loop Returns Support
For unresolved merchant account access, use the official support option available through Loop’s site or help center. An account owner or authorized administrator may also be able to resend an invitation, confirm the user email, or verify access to the correct shop.
Prepare the account email, retailer or shop name, sign-in method used, exact error message, browser and device type, and a description of the last successful step. State whether the problem involves a password, Google SSO, a staff invitation, shop selection, or MFA. Do not include passwords or verification codes.
Shoppers should contact the retailer’s customer service team for return-portal or order-lookup problems. Loop merchant credentials cannot resolve a shopper’s missing order, return eligibility, or return status.
