How to find the correct staff portal login

Start at the company’s official website and look for the employee or talent sign-in option. Do not use a portal found through an advertisement or an unfamiliar message. Kelly may use different sign-in pages for different work assignments, so the page used by another employee may not be the right one for you.

Enter the email address or employee ID connected to your staffing record. Use the password for that specific portal, which may be different from a scheduling-system password. If your district gave you a separate access method, follow those instructions.

Before signing in, have these items ready:

  • Your employee ID, if one was issued
  • The email address used during hiring
  • Access to that email or your verification device
  • Your district or assignment information

What to do when the staff log in fails

Check for typing errors first. Remove spaces copied with the email address, confirm that Caps Lock is off, and make sure your phone has not filled in an old password. If the page offers a password-reset option, request one reset and wait for the message. Also check the spam or junk folder.

If no reset message arrives, you may be using a different email address from the one on your employee record. Avoid making a second account, because that can separate your assignments from your correct profile. Return to the company’s official website and locate the employee support option. Be ready to confirm your name, employee ID, district, and the email address you believe is on file.

If the portal opens but shows no assignment or incorrect information, take a screenshot that does not expose your password or verification code. Note the time and the exact error message, then report the issue through the official employee support channel provided in your onboarding material.

Gift cards and FFIN card activation

A staff gift card or prepaid card is separate from the Kelly staff portal unless your employer’s written instructions specifically say otherwise. Do not enter card numbers, security codes, or activation codes on the employee login page.

For a card marked FFIN, identify the issuer from the name printed on the card or its original paperwork. Then use only the activation method printed on those materials. “FFIN activate card” is a search phrase, not proof that a result belongs to the card issuer.

  1. Confirm that the card and activation instructions came from your employer or program administrator.
  2. Match the issuer name on the card with the name shown on the activation page.
  3. Enter card details only after that match is clear.
  4. Create a separate PIN or password if the issuer requests one; do not reuse your staff-portal password.

If the card has no instructions, is already activated, or is rejected, contact the program administrator or card issuer using contact information printed on the card or its packaging. Never send a full card number or activation code by ordinary email or text.
