Check My Identity Status and Track an Order
To check your Identity status, open {site}, sign in, and look for a status, application, verification, or order section connected to your account. To track an Identity order, use the official tracking option and enter the order or reference number exactly as shown in your confirmation record.
Check Your Identity Status
An Identity status check shows the current stage of a request or verification record. The exact labels can vary, so use only the status tool displayed on the official Identity site or inside your signed-in account.
- Open {site} and select the sign-in option.
- Enter the email address, username, or other account detail connected to the request.
- Complete any security check requested on the screen.
- Look for a section labeled Status, Verification, Applications, Requests, or a similar name.
- Select the current record to view its latest available status and any instructions.
The check my Identity status process may require a reference number, confirmation number, date of birth, postal code, or another detail originally submitted with the request. Enter information exactly as it appears in the official record. Do not use details from a different account or an older request.
Track an Identity Order
Identity order tracking may appear in the account area, in an official confirmation message, or through an Order Status or Track Order option on the official site. A tracking record identifies an order and displays the updates currently provided by Identity or its delivery carrier.
- Find the Identity order or reference number before opening the tracking tool.
- Choose Order Status, Track Order, Orders, or the closest available label.
- Enter the number without adding spaces or characters that are not shown in the original record.
- Provide any matching detail requested, such as an email address or postal code.
- Review the identity tracking status and follow only the instructions shown for that specific order.
If the account contains several orders, confirm that the date, recipient information, and order number match the record you need. An identity order tracker cannot normally locate a record when information from two different orders has been combined.
Understand Identity Status Messages
Identity status messages describe a record’s current category, not a guaranteed result or completion date. Read the full message because a short label may be followed by instructions or a request for more information.
- Received or submitted generally means the system has recorded the request.
- Pending or in review generally means processing or review is not yet shown as complete.
- Action required generally means the account has instructions that must be reviewed before the record can move forward.
- Completed generally means the listed process has reached its recorded final stage, but it does not by itself confirm delivery.
- Shipped or dispatched generally means an order has been passed into a delivery stage.
- Delivered generally means the tracking record reports delivery; check the displayed delivery details if the item is not present.
- Canceled, unsuccessful, or unable to verify means the request did not reach the expected result. Follow the official explanation rather than guessing at the cause.
These are general categories, not interpretations of a particular Identity record. The message inside the official identity order status or verification record is the controlling information.
Find Your Identity Order or Reference Number
An order number identifies a transaction record, while a reference number identifies a request, case, or verification record. Use the type of number requested by the Identity status check; one may not work in a field intended for the other.
Look for the identifying number in these official sources:
- The Orders, Requests, Applications, or Account Activity section after signing in.
- An email or text confirmation sent when the request or order was submitted.
- A receipt, acknowledgment page, packing document, or other Identity-issued record.
- A saved screenshot or downloaded confirmation document created at submission.
Copy the full number carefully. Keep leading zeros, letters, hyphens, and capitalization when the form accepts them. If a message lists several numbers, use the one specifically labeled Order Number, Reference Number, Request Number, or Case Number according to the tracking field.
Fix Identity Status and Tracking Problems
If the check Identity status tool cannot find a record, first confirm that the account and identifying details belong to the same request. A missing result does not establish that the request was rejected or that the order was canceled.
- Compare the entered number with the original confirmation and correct any mistyped letters, digits, or spaces.
- Confirm that the email address, postal code, name, or other requested detail matches the original submission.
- Sign out, reopen the official site, and sign in to the account used when the record was created.
- Use the official password-reset or username-recovery option if the account details are not recognized.
- Complete the displayed account-unlock or security-verification steps if access is locked.
- Check official confirmation messages for instructions about a separate account, updated reference number, or required action.
If a security code never arrives, verify the masked destination shown on the screen, check filtered message folders, and request another code only through the official sign-in flow. Never give a password or one-time security code to someone claiming they can reveal an identity order status.
Contact Identity Support
Contact official Identity support when verified details still produce no record, the account-recovery process fails, a status instruction is unclear, or the identity order tracker reports a delivery problem that cannot be resolved from the displayed information. Use the support option shown on the official site or inside the signed-in account.
Before requesting help, have these details ready:
- The account holder’s name and the email address or username connected to the record.
- The order, request, case, or reference number.
- The exact status message or error text.
- The approximate date the request or order was submitted.
- A short description of the steps already attempted.
Share only the information requested through the verified support process. Do not send passwords, complete security codes, or unrelated identity documents. Support can review the available record, but a status inquiry does not guarantee approval, completion, or delivery by a particular date.
