The sign in process is very very simple.

  1. Go to Wix.com.
  2. Click Sign In at the top right.
  3. Enter your email address and password.
  4. Click Log In.

How to recognize the Wix sign-in page

Use the company’s official website when you need to return to the official sign-in page. Avoid opening a sign-in page from an unexpected text message, email, or pop-up. A page that asks for payment details, a check, or unrelated personal information is not part of a normal account sign-in.

“Sign-in” usually describes the page or process. “Signing in” means entering the details that identify your account. It is different from signing a check or adding a handwritten signature to a document.

If signing in does not work

First, make sure you are using the email address connected to the Wix account. If you have more than one email address, check old Wix messages to see which inbox received account notices.

If the password is rejected, use the password-recovery option shown on the sign-in page. Check the spelling of the email address before requesting a reset. Then look in spam or junk folders if the message does not appear.

If the page keeps reloading or shows an error, close the browser tab and try again in a private browsing window. You can also clear stored Wix cookies or use another current browser. Turn off autofill temporarily if it keeps inserting an old email address or password.

Do not share a password or verification code with anyone who contacts you unexpectedly. A support representative may ask which email address is associated with the account, but you should not send your password.

What to say when contacting customer service

Have the account email address, the exact error message, and a short description of what happened ready. Explain which step failed and what you already tried. Do not include your password.

A clear opening is: “I cannot access my Wix account. The sign-in page shows this message after I enter my account details.” If the issue involves a site you manage, have its name ready so support can understand which account or site you mean.

If you receive a customer service call, answer normally and ask the caller to identify the company and reason for the call. Do not provide a password, verification code, payment information, or remote access to your device. If the call was unexpected, end it and contact Wix through the support options available after opening the official site yourself.
