How to Change Your Peacock Password

To change your Peacock password while signed in, open your account, select Settings, scroll to Password, and choose Reset Password. If you cannot sign in, select Forgot Password? and use the one-time reset link Peacock sends to your registered email address.
Have access to that email inbox before you begin. Peacock passwords are case-sensitive, so enter the new password exactly the same way when you sign back in.
Where do I change my Peacock password?
On the Peacock website, open {site}, select Sign In, and enter your account email and password. Select the account icon in the upper-right corner, choose Account, open the Settings tab, scroll to Password, and select Reset Password.
Peacock's current help instructions give the same general path for its app: account icon, Account, Settings, Password, then Reset Password. Peacock does not publish a separate password-change sequence for every mobile device, smart TV, or streaming player. If a TV app does not show the complete account settings, use a phone or computer browser instead.
How do I change my Peacock password while logged in?
- Sign in to Peacock with your registered email address and current password.
- Select the account icon in the upper-right corner.
- Select Account.
- Open the Settings tab at the top of the account page.
- Scroll to the Password section and select Reset Password.
- Follow the prompts shown by Peacock. Enter the requested account details and create a new password that meets Peacock's rules.
- Complete the change, then test the new password by signing in again.
Peacock labels the signed-in option Reset Password rather than Change Password. If the prompts send a message to your registered email address, open the newest Peacock message and follow its instructions. Do not keep using an older reset message after requesting another one.
How do I reset my Peacock password if I am locked out?
A password reset lets you create a new password without entering the old one. Use this process if you forgot the password or Peacock will not accept it.
- Open Peacock's sign-in screen on the website or app.
- Select Forgot Password?
- Enter the email address registered to the Peacock account.
- Select Continue.
- Open the password-reset email sent to that address.
- Follow the instructions in the email and create a new password.
Peacock says the reset link remains active for three hours and can be used only once. If the link has expired or has already been used, request a new reset email. If you never created a password, the sign-in screen may instead show I don't know my password; enter the account email to receive a link for setting one.
What are Peacock's password requirements?
A new Peacock password must be at least 10 characters long and contain both letters and numbers. Peacock recommends mixing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols, although its stated minimum rule requires letters and numbers.
- Use at least 10 characters.
- Include one or more letters.
- Include one or more numbers.
- Remember that the password is case-sensitive.
- Avoid personal details such as your name or birthday.
- Use a password you do not reuse for email or another account.
If Peacock rejects the new password, count every character and confirm that it includes both a letter and a number. Also check for an accidental space added by copying and pasting.
What should I do if the Peacock reset email does not arrive?
Peacock's official guidance is to check the Junk or Spam folder and then request another email from the account settings or password-reset screen. Delivery can take a few minutes, so allow time for the first message to arrive before trying again.
- Search the inbox for Peacock, including Spam, Junk, Promotions, and other filtered folders.
- Confirm that the address entered is the email registered to the Peacock account.
- Check for typing errors, especially missing characters or the wrong email domain.
- If Peacock is already signed in on another device, open the account area; Peacock says the account email appears in the lower-left corner of the application.
- Request a fresh email and use only the newest reset message.
Peacock does not state a required waiting period before another request. Avoid submitting many requests quickly because multiple messages can make it unclear which one contains the current link.
Do I need to sign back in on every device after changing my Peacock password?
Peacock's public password instructions do not confirm that changing the password automatically signs out every active device. Check each phone, browser, smart TV, streaming player, and game console where the account has been used.
If a device remains signed in, open its account menu and select Sign Out. Peacock describes that control as account icon, then Sign Out, and says it signs the account out on that device. Sign in again with the registered email address and new password wherever you still want to use Peacock.
If you changed the password because someone else may know it, manually sign out on every device you can access. Review the account settings for any unfamiliar information and secure the associated email account as well.
How do I contact Peacock support if I still cannot sign in?
Use the official Peacock Help Center and select Get in touch for help with account access. Choose the sign-in, password-reset, or account-management topic so the request reaches the right support path.
Before contacting support, have the possible account email addresses ready and note the exact error shown on screen. Do not send your current or new password. If you cannot remember the registered email, explain that clearly; Peacock directs people with an unknown account email to its support team for investigation.
