Calendly Login and Sign-In Help

Updated 2026-08-23 ยท 1082 words

To sign in to Calendly, open the Calendly site at the company’s official website, choose Log In, and enter the email address the account was created with. Calendly accounts are tied to that email address, so the sign-in method you first used is the one that opens your existing scheduling pages.

Most failed Calendly logins are not password problems. They happen because a person signs in with a different method or a different email than the one the account was registered under, and lands in a brand new, empty account instead.

Where is the Calendly login page?

The login page is on Calendly's own site, reached from the Log In control in the top corner. Reach it by typing the address yourself or from a bookmark you created, rather than from a search advertisement or a link in an unexpected email.

If your organization uses single sign-on, your company may send you in through an internal portal instead. In that case the sign-in starts at your company's identity provider and hands you to Calendly afterwards, so the ordinary email and password screen is not the right door for you.

What do you need to sign in to Calendly?

  • The exact email address the account was created with, including whether it was a work address or a personal one.
  • The sign-in method used at signup: an email and password, or a sign-in button for another account provider.
  • Access to that email inbox, because password resets and sign-in links go there.
  • Your second-step code or authenticator app, if two-factor authentication is switched on.
  • The name of your organization's identity provider, if your company manages the account.

How do you sign in to Calendly step by step?

  1. Open Calendly's site and select Log In.
  2. Enter the email address associated with the account.
  3. Use the same sign-in method you used at signup. If you originally used a sign-in button for another account, use that button again rather than a password.
  4. Complete the two-factor step if you are prompted for a code.
  5. Once you are in, confirm you are in the right account by checking that your scheduling links and event types are present.
  6. If the account looks empty, sign out immediately and try again with your other email address rather than setting anything up.

Why does Calendly say there is no account with your email?

This message almost always means the address is not the one on the account. The usual causes are a work address versus a personal address, a company that changed its email domain, a plus-sign alias, or an alternate address that forwards into the same inbox.

Work through the possibilities systematically. Search your email for a message from Calendly, such as a signup confirmation or a booking notification, and look at which address it was delivered to. That address is the account's address, and it settles the question faster than guessing.

If a colleague set the account up for you, ask them which address they used when they sent the invitation.

What if you signed up with a Google, Microsoft, or company sign-on button?

When an account was created through a sign-in button rather than a password, there may be no password on the account at all. Choosing the password route in that case produces an error or a reset email that does not resolve anything, because there is nothing to reset.

Use the same button you used at the beginning. If you no longer have access to that underlying account, for example because you left the company that provided it, the account itself has to be recovered by Calendly's support with proof of ownership. That is a support case, not something you can solve on the login screen.

How do you reset a Calendly password?

  1. On the login screen, choose the forgotten password option.
  2. Enter the email address on the account and submit the form.
  3. Open your inbox and look for the reset message, checking the spam and promotions folders if it does not appear.
  4. Use the link within its validity window. These links expire, and an expired link is the most common reason a reset fails on the second attempt.
  5. Set a new password that you have not used elsewhere, then sign in with it.

If no email arrives at all, the address probably has no account, which puts you back in the previous section. Request the reset only once and wait, because requesting several in a row can invalidate the earlier links and leave you clicking a dead one.

Why can't you see your team's events after signing in to Calendly?

Signing in successfully but seeing an empty or unfamiliar workspace usually means you are in a personal account rather than the organization's account, or you have been removed from the team.

Check the account email shown in your profile against the address your team invited. If they differ, sign out and sign back in with the invited address. If they match and the events are still missing, ask your Calendly administrator whether your seat is still active, since removing a member takes their access away without deleting the account they sign in with.

What if a Calendly link in an email has expired?

Invitations, password resets, and sign-in links are all time limited. An expired link fails with a generic error that does not explain the reason, which sends people looking for a password problem that is not there.

The fix is to generate a fresh one: request the password reset again, or ask your administrator to resend the team invitation. Open the newest message in your inbox rather than an older copy of the same email, since clicking the older one is a common way to end up with an already-used link.

What should you do when the Calendly login still fails?

Rule out the browser before you assume the account is broken. Try a private or incognito window, then a different browser, then a different network. Extensions that block scripts and corporate network filters both interfere with sign-in flows, and this shows up as a page that spins or reloads without an error.

If none of that helps, gather the facts for support: the exact email address, the sign-in method, the wording of the error, the time it happened, and whether it fails on more than one device. Contact Calendly through the support option on the company’s official website and never through a phone number you found in a search advertisement, since scheduling accounts are connected to calendars and are worth targeting.
