Apple Subscriptions Login and Account Access

Official Apple Subscriptions Login
For an Apple subscriptions login, have your Apple Account email or phone number, password, and trusted device nearby. Apple Account is the current name for what was previously called an Apple ID.
Open {site} and choose the option to view or manage subscriptions. Sign in only when the page clearly identifies itself as an official Apple page. If two-factor authentication is enabled, enter the verification code displayed on a trusted device or sent to your trusted phone number.
You can also open subscription settings directly on a supported Apple device or through an Apple app on a computer. This is often quicker when you are already signed in. The subscriptions list may include current services and subscriptions that have expired.
View Subscriptions on iPhone or iPad
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top of the screen.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- If asked, authenticate with your device passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, or Apple Account password.
- Tap a subscription to review its status and available management options.
Current subscriptions normally appear separately from expired or inactive ones. An expiration message or the absence of a cancellation option can indicate that a subscription is already canceled. Read the status shown on the individual subscription rather than relying only on where it appears in the list.
If your name is not shown at the top of Settings, the device is not signed in to an Apple Account. Tap the sign-in option and use the account connected with the subscription. Do not sign out of another person’s device or change its account without permission.
Check Subscriptions on Mac or Windows
On a Mac, open the App Store and click your name in the sidebar. If you see Sign In instead, sign in with your Apple Account first. Select Account Settings, scroll to Subscriptions, and click Manage. Choose a subscription to see its current status or the controls Apple makes available for it.
On a Windows computer, open the Apple Music app or Apple TV app. Select your name near the bottom of the sidebar, choose View My Account, and sign in if prompted. Scroll to Subscriptions and select Manage. Choose Edit beside the subscription you need to review.
If your computer uses iTunes instead of the newer Apple apps, open iTunes, select Account, and then select View My Account. Sign in, find the Settings section, and choose Manage next to Subscriptions. Menu wording may vary slightly with the installed version.
If You Cannot Sign In
If the password is not accepted, use Apple’s official password-reset option. Start from a trusted iPhone, iPad, or Mac when possible. Follow the prompts to confirm the account and create a new password. You may also open {site}, enter the Apple Account support area, and choose the password-reset option.
If an immediate reset is unavailable, Apple may offer account recovery. Follow the instructions shown by Apple and keep the confirmation information. Recovery timing depends on the account and security information, so rely only on the status Apple provides. Support representatives cannot bypass the security checks.
For a missing verification code, check every trusted device for a sign-in notification. On the code screen, choose the option indicating that you did not receive a code, then select an available trusted phone number. Make sure that device has service and that the number displayed is one you recognize.
If you no longer have access to any trusted number or device, follow the account-recovery prompts. Never give a verification code, password, device passcode, or recovery key to someone who contacts you unexpectedly.
If you do not know the account email or phone number, check Settings on a signed-in iPhone or iPad under your name and Sign-In & Security. On a Mac, open System Settings, select your name, and open Sign-In & Security. You can also check Apple apps where you may already be signed in, review messages previously sent by Apple, or ask a Family Sharing member to check the account information listed for you.
Subscription Not Showing After Login
A missing subscription often means the Apple login subscriptions page was opened with a different Apple Account. Check the account shown in subscription settings against the account used in the relevant app. Think about whether you previously used another email address or phone number with Apple, but do not repeatedly guess passwords. Use the official recovery process for any account you recognize but cannot access.
- If you belong to a Family Sharing group, confirm whether the subscription belongs to the organizer or another member. Each person signs in with a separate Apple Account, and only eligible subscriptions are shared.
- Ask the family organizer to check Family Sharing and confirm that the subscription is shared with the group. The organizer should not provide you with their password or verification code.
- If access came through a wireless carrier, another service provider, or the subscription provider directly, it may not appear in Apple’s subscription list. Check the account area of that provider or contact its official support team.
- If the subscription appears expired, open its details and review the status shown there. Do not create another account merely because the expected entry is missing.
Contact Apple Support
Contact Apple Support if you have completed the sign-in or recovery steps and still cannot reach the correct subscription list. Use the official support option presented on Apple’s site or the Apple Support app on a trusted device.
Select Apple Account support for password, verification-code, locked-account, or recovery problems. Select subscriptions support when you can sign in but cannot locate or open the subscription record. Have the Apple Account email or phone number, device type, software version, and exact error message ready. Do not send your password, verification code, recovery key, or device passcode to support.
