AliExpress Order Tracking and Status

Where to Find Your AliExpress Orders

Open {site} and sign in with the email address, phone number, or linked sign-in method connected to the order. If you use the AliExpress app, open the account area instead.

Select the section labeled My Orders or Orders. Your order history may be divided into groups such as awaiting shipment, shipped, completed, or canceled. Check all groups if the order does not appear in the first list.

Look for the shipment by matching the item description, seller name, order date, or order number shown in your confirmation message. Select the correct order to open its details. If one order contains several items, they may be sent in separate packages and have different tracking records.

How to Track an AliExpress Order

Once you have found the correct order, follow these steps:

  1. Open the order details.
  2. Select Track Order, Logistics Information, or a similarly named option.
  3. Check the latest tracking event, its location if provided, and the date and time of the scan.
  4. Review earlier events to understand how the shipment reached its current stage.
  5. If several packages are listed, open each package separately.

The AliExpress track order view may show the shipping company, tracking number, shipment route, and recent scans. The amount of information varies by shipment and carrier. A status is a record of the latest available event, not a promise of when the package will arrive.

When tracking an AliExpress order, compare the newest scan with the previous one. This can help you tell whether the package is still moving, waiting for a transfer, or already with a local carrier.

What Each Tracking Status Means

Status wording can differ, but these common stages usually mean:

  • Shipment information received: A shipping record or label has been created. The carrier may not have scanned the package yet.

  • Awaiting dispatch or awaiting carrier pickup: The shipment is being prepared for transfer to the carrier.

  • Accepted by carrier: A carrier has received or scanned the package.

  • Departed facility or in transit: The shipment has left one processing point and is moving through the carrier network.

  • Arrived at sorting center: The package is being processed before its next movement.

  • Line-haul transportation or departed origin country: The shipment is moving between major transport points or countries.

  • Customs processing: The package is being reviewed by customs. This status alone does not mean there is a problem.

  • Handed to local carrier: Another carrier may complete the final part of the shipment.

  • Out for delivery: The local carrier has assigned the package for a delivery attempt.

  • Delivery attempt unsuccessful: The carrier tried to deliver but could not complete the attempt. Check the carrier record for instructions.

  • Delivered: The carrier recorded the shipment as delivered. Check the delivery location, household members, mail area, front desk, or parcel locker if you do not see it.

How to Use the Tracking Number

Open the order details and look under Track Order, Logistics Information, or shipment details. The tracking number may appear beside the carrier name. Copy the complete number carefully and avoid adding spaces or punctuation.

If a carrier is identified, open that carrier’s official tracking service and enter the number there. Use the carrier name shown in the order rather than an unofficial tracking page. A local carrier may assign a second number after receiving the shipment, so review the AliExpress tracking details for both numbers.

If the official carrier service does not recognize the number, confirm that you copied the tracking number rather than the AliExpress order number. A newly created shipment record may also need time before it appears in the carrier’s system.

Why Tracking May Not Update

Tracking events are not always posted at every movement. A record may remain unchanged while a shipment travels between facilities, waits for processing, passes through customs, or transfers between international and local carriers. Scans may also reach AliExpress later than they reach the carrier.

First, refresh the order details and compare them with the official carrier record. Confirm that you are viewing the correct package if the order was split. Also check whether the carrier or tracking number changed during a handoff.

If there is still no useful update, open the order’s help or support option. Provide the order number and explain which tracking event is missing or unchanged. Do not assume that an unchanged status means the package is lost. The seller, AliExpress support, or the listed carrier may be able to clarify the recorded shipment information.

What to Do if the Order Cannot Be Located

Confirm that you are signed in to the same account used when the order was placed. Check other email addresses, phone numbers, or linked sign-in methods you may have used. Search your messages for the AliExpress order confirmation and compare its account details and order number.

Review every category in the order history, including completed and canceled orders. If you used a different regional setting or signed in through another method, sign out and return with the original account credentials.

If you cannot access the account, open {site}, select Sign In, and use the password recovery or account access option. Follow the identity verification prompts shown there. Avoid creating another account, because a new account will not contain the earlier order history.

If account recovery does not reveal the order, use the official Help Center or customer support option available after sign-in. Have the order number, item description, account email or phone number, and confirmation message ready. Share only the information requested through the official support process.
